YOUNG, Justice.

This appeal is from an order of the 68th'District Court of Dallas County, made July 22, 1938, for the purpose of correcting a judgment theretofore rendered, on January 3, 1936, in cause No. 12109 F/C, wherein C. E. Logan, D. D. Logan and Mrs. Virginia Logan were plaintiffs; the Texas Life Insurance Company, among others, was defendant, and Charles L. Miller, a further party to the cross-action of the Insurance Company.
