This is an appeal of an order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed a *12referee’s award on a Fatal Claim Petition in favor of Sylvia Hochman, the widow of Seymour Hochman. We reverse.
This case arises out of the fatal shooting of Seymour Hochman on September 25, 1975.1 The record indicates that Seymour and Sylvia Hochman had been separated since April 14, 1972 and Seymour Hochman had been living in the Philadelphia area with another woman in the residence owned jointly by himself and his estranged wife.
