The plaintiff, Sindi Shiner-Spagone (“Shiner-Spagone”), administratrix of the estate of Skylur Spagone, filed wrongful death, loss of consortium, and attractive nuisance claims against defendants Kris Fabroski2 and Kerri Fabroski (collectively “the Fabroskis”), arising from the accidental drowning death of Skylur Spagone on May 15, 2000.
