*723 The petitioner, Troy Westberry, appeals from the judgment of the habeas court denying his second petition for a writ of habeas corpus. On appeal, the petitioner claims that the habeas court erred by rejecting his claim that perjured testimony was used at his criminal trial, in violation of the fourteenth amendment to the federal constitution, and that he is actually innocent. We disagree and, accordingly, affirm the judgment of the habeas court.
