Plaintiff in error sued defendant in error to recover damages for personal injuries growing out of an automobile collision, and the defendant interpleaded Pat O’Reilly, alleging that the injuries to plaintiff, if any, were proximately caused by the negligence of O’Reilly, the driver of the car in which plaintiff was riding, seeking a judgment over against O’Reilly in the event of plaintiff’s recovery against her.
