The petitioner herein by petition dated and verified April 3, 1967 charged the respondent in Family Court of Suffolk County with being the father of her out-of-wedlock male child, who was born on December 24, 1966.

On June 6,1967 the respondent appeared with his attorney before the presiding Judge of said court and, upon his admitting the petition, was adjudged to be the father of the child. He was ordered to pay the sum of $5 per week for the child’s support with the Suffolk County Department of Social Services as beneficiary thereof. Respondent failed…
