In a support proceeding pursuant to article 4 of the Family Court Act, the appeal, as limited by petitioner’s brief, is from so much of an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, entered April 14, 1977, as granted respondent’s application for blood grouping tests. Permission for the taking of this appeal is hereby granted. Order reversed insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements, and application denied.
