The appellant, Mary Linker-Flores is the mother of five children: K.L., C.L., L.L., A. F., and A. F. In a previous appeal, we stated the facts of this case as follows:. . . This case began on July 27, 2001, when the Arkansas Department of Human Services (DHS) filed a petition for emergency custody of all five children.
