FREEDMAN, District Judge.
Plaintiff seeks a preliminary injunction. A hearing was held on the application on January 25th. At that time defendants filed a cross-motion for a temporary injunction against plaintiff.
The Facts
The Pennsylvania Railroad Company operates in a thirteen-states area and the District of Columbia running from the Mississippi River to the Eastern Seaboard and from the Great Lakes to the District of Columbia.
