This case is rooted in a decades-old property dispute between Plaintiff Robert Hudson (“Hudson”) and his neighbors, the Varneys, which dispute has already been the subject of multiple state- and federal-court proceedings. At various points throughout the course of the proceedings before this Court, Plaintiff has named a total of 13 different individuals and entities as Defendants.
