*1206L.J. and his mother surely have more experience than they would wish for in navigating the contours of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and its challenge procedures. And, to be fair, the school system likely harbors its own regrets about the amount of litigation that has occurred over the last decade-and-a-half.
