MEMORANDUM OPINION

Invoking this court’s diversity jurisdiction, Kristina Nevius brings this action against her former employer, Africa In land Mission International, Inc. (“AIM”), asserting causes of action arising from and related to her termination as a missionary in Namibia. 1 Before the court is AIM’s motion to dismiss Nevius’s complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and failure to state a claim for relief [# 2].
