Ellicia Stowe (“Stowe” or “plaintiff’) seeks damages from National Railroad Passenger Corporation (“Amtrak” or “defendant”) under the Federal Employers Liability Act (“FELA”) for personal injuries she sustained during the performance of her duties as an Amtrak employee. I presided over the five-day jury trial that began on October 25, 2010.
