Milan Kluko, Jack Backus and the Planning Commission of the Municipality of Monroeville, Appellants)1 have appealed from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County which reversed *557a decision of the Zoning Hearing Board of Monroe-ville (Board) and reinstated the approval of a conditional use application by the Monroeville Municipal Council (Council). We affirm.
