This is a divorce suit. The parties were married October 10, 1928, and resided in the home of the husband’s parents until April 20, 1930, when the wife returned to the home of her parents with her girl baby born a few weeks before the separation, where she has since remained. The wife brought the suit charging defendant with constructive desertion, cruelty, etc. He answered charging her with actual desertion. The circuit court awarded him a divorce from bed and board and the custody of the infant child. As the plaintiff is the appellant, reference will hereinafter be made to…
