EASTERBROOK, Circuit Judged.†
Shortly after I issued Vas-Cath Inc. v. Mahurkar, 745 F.Supp. 517 (N.D.Ill.1990), the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation transferred to me two related cases. A fourth case was transferred from within the Northern District of Illinois. On October 29, 1990, I held an initial conference to set schedules for the consolidated pretrial proceedings, and combined this with oral argument on a number of pending motions.
