Appellee, Williams Brothers Construction Company, Inc. (Williams Brothers), has filed a motion to dismiss this appeal for want of jurisdiction and for failure to timely file a statement of facts. We deny the motion.

Following a jury trial, the trial court granted Williams Brothers’ “defendant’s motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, or, in the alternative, motion to disregard jury findings,” and signed its final take-nothing judgment on February 12, 1993.
