“The Helmbacher Forge and Rolling Mills ” sued out a writ of attachment against “A. K. Halteman & Co.,” and caused Adolph Dehner to be summoned as a garnishee. The plaintiff, defendant and garnishee were all citizens of the State of Missouri. The proceedings were instituted in St. Clair county, where the garnishee was temporarily engaged in his vocation as a millwright. The defendant had no property in this State and the only question before us is as to the proceedings against the garnishee.
