Defendant moves for a change of venue of the trial of two indictments charging him with murder, first degree, *200and rape, first degree. Upon being advised by the District Attorney that he intended to use certain alleged confessions, the defendant moved to suppress certain written and oral statements pursuant to the provisions of section 813-g of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
