Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Clyne, J.), rendered June 8, 1979, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of robbery in the first degree. In September, 1978, defendant and William Du Bray were jointly indicted by the Grand Jury of Albany County and charged with the crimes of robbery in the first degree, burglary in the first degree and grand larceny in the second degree.
