The appellant, Harmony Electric Company, supplies electric energy (1) for lighting, (2) for operating two inter-urban street railways, and (3) for industrial purposes; the first producing about 23% of its revenue, the second about 37%, and the third about 40%. From 1922 to May, 1927, the rates for industrial power were filed in three schedules B, D, and E. Appellant’s operations are conducted in four counties: Allegheny, Butler, Beaver and Lawrence.
