MELLOY, Circuit Judge.

John Halk was convicted by a jury of one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). The district court1 sentenced Halk to fifty-one months’ imprisonment. Halk appeals his conviction, arguing the *485district court abused its discretion in admitting certain evidence and in preventing Halk from offering certain other evidence. We affirm.
