McKAY, Justice.
This is an appeal from an interlocutory order denying appellant a temporary injunction. Appellant, Patrick McGonagill, brought suit to enjoin appellee from disconnecting the water supply to appellant’s sprinkler system. The trial court granted a temporary restraining order in appellant’s favor, but at the subsequent hearing refus ed to grant a temporary injunction. It is from this order that appellant perfected his appeal.
