This appeal is from an order overruling Minexa’s special appearance under TEX.R. CIV.P. 120a and the granting of a temporary injunction against Minexa and Frank Norton. Staubach and Altman, who are citizens of West Germany, brought this suit as a class action against Minexa, an Arizona corporation, not authorized to do business in Texas, and Frank Norton, a purported vice president of the corporation.
