These appeals are from the resolution by summary judgment of a dispute between members of the Chaplin Woods Homeowners Association. Members Beverly McNeil and Alvin Elliott (the “McNeils”) rented their townhouse to a group of recovering alcoholics and substance abusers as a residence.
