MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

SHADUR, District Judge.

This Court’s May 16, 1984 opinion (the “Opinion”) rejected the extensive but wholly ill-founded summary judgment motion filed by SFM Corporation (“SFM”). Sundstrand Corporation (“Sundstrand”) has now moved under Fed.R.Civ.P. (“Rule”) 11 for an award of its substantial attorneys’ fees incurred in resisting SFM’s motion. SFM counters by saying the Opinion made its motion appear unreasonable only because this Court denied the motion without issuing any findings of undisputed facts pursuant to Rule 56(d).
