MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiffs Denicole Young and Vanessa Ghee have sued William F. Burton and Lewis & Tompkins, P.C., for legal malpractice based on their failure to file a timely personal injury lawsuit. The original lawsuit would have sought recovery for damages suffered by plaintiffs as a result of exposure to toxic mold while residing at the Stanton Glen Apartments.
