In a consolidated action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendant appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (F. Rivera, J.), dated July 20, 2012, which granted the motion of the plaintiff Mercedes Rodriguez for summary judgment on the issue of liability, and (2) an order of the *930same court dated November 9, 2012, which granted the motion of the plaintiff Rodolfo Gomez for summary judgment on the issue of liability.
Ordered that the orders are affirmed, with one bill of costs.
