RULING ON MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

RIEDLINGER, United States Magistrate Judge.

This matter is before the court on a motion for summary judgment filed by the defendant, Exxon Corporation.1 The motion is opposed by the plaintiffs George Rogers Clark, Jr. and Sylvia Clark.2
