OPINION
DUGGAN, Justice.
This is an appeal from an order granting expunction of the 1981 arrest record of appel-lee, D.W.B., for a misdemeanor offense. Appellants, the Harris County District Attorney’s Office and the Texas Department of Public Safety, assert a single point of error on appeal. We affirm.
