OPINION
IRENAS, District Judge.
Presently before this Court is defendant, Momentum Systems Ltd.’s motion for summary judgment on plaintiff Robert G. Lincoln’s claim that he was illegally terminated from his job in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. (“ADA”), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 621 et éeq. (“ADEA”), the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, N.J.S.A. 10:5-1 et seq. (“NJLAD”) and for breach of contract. For the reasons set forth below, defendant’s motion for summary judgment is'granted.
