International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 1501 (the Union) filed this action to enforce an arbitration award against American Totalisator Company, Inc. (Amtote). Jurisdiction of this Court was invoked under § 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act (LMRA), 29 U.S.C. § 185(a). Amtote has moved to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction under 29 U.S.C. § 185 because it is not an industry affecting commerce.
