This is a suit for the value of certain logs after they had been removed from Bayou Dacombe and manufactured into lumber, and for a perpetual injunction restraining the defendant from raising, interfering with, moving, or transporting any logs now in said Bayou Dacombe, on its banks, or in or on any of the bayous or lagoons emptying into said named bayou.
