McKinney (“McKinney”) appeals her conviction after a non-jury trial for one count of the class A felony of assault in the first degree, under section 565.050 1 ; the class B felony of abuse of a child, under section 568.060; and the class B and class C felonies of endangering the welfare of a child in the first degree, under section 568.045, RSMo Cum.Supp.2003.
