In these consolidated appeals Daniel Acevedo (“Appellant”) appeals his convictions by the trial court for two counts of the class D felony of driving with a revoked driver’s license, violations of section 302.321.2. 1 Following a bench trial, Appellant was sentenced to concurrent terms of two years imprisonment for each count with the execution of those sentences suspended, and he was placed on five years probation on each count.
