This is an action to review the final decision of the Secretary of Health, Edu*249cation and Welfare, denying plaintiff’s application for the establishment of a period of disability and disability benefits as authorized by Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g), which provides jurisdiction and limits the scope of this action:
Any individual, after any final decision of the Secretary made after a hearing to which he was a party * * may obtain a review of such decision by civil action * * *. Such action shall be brought in the district court of…
