This case was tried at the June term, 1931, of this court held in Elkins and a verdict rendered on August 7.

A motion was made to set aside the verdict, which the court promptly overruled. For the purpose of allowing the court reporter ample time in which to get up the transcript of the record, and at the request of counsel for defendants, the judgment order was not entered at that time.
