ALLEN, Justice.
Harriet A. Reilly and Richard E. Finían sued Lone Star Development Corporation (Lone Star) and CLS Associates, Ltd. (CLS) for title to and possession of real property in Dallas County, Texas. They alleged that Lone Star had constructed a building which encroached on Reilly’s property. The suit was to establish the true boundary lines between the parties’ respective properties and to recover damages sustained by Finían as a result of being deprived of the use of the portion of Reilly’s property that was encroached upon by Lone Star’s building. The case was tried before a jury.…
