Plaintiff Micalden Investments S.A. (“Micalden”) brought this action against defendants Olga Rostropovich (“Rostropovich”), Atoosa P. Mamdani and Mahmoud A. Mamdani (collectively, the “Mamdan-is”), Cooley Godward Kronish L.L.P.
