COFFIN, Chief Judge.

Defendants-appellants Waldman and Dick were convicted and sentenced on fifteen counts of securities fraud violating 15 U.S.C. § 77q(a) and 77x. 1 Each count alleged that defendants mailed a confirmation of purchase of a security, involving a different transaction on a different day. 2 The indictment, listing 58 counts, was returned on March 3, 1977.
