MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
NEAHER, District Judge.
In this action based upon a union jurisdictional dispute, plaintiff Local 202 and its welfare fund sue another union, Local 530, and its welfare fund, which have supplanted Local 202’s former jurisdiction over drywall plastering in the metropolitan area.
