Plaintiff Commission House Drivers, Helpers, and Employee’s Union, Local 400, International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen, and Helpers of America (Local 400) formerly represented approximately 450 employees of American Seaway Foods, Inc. (Seaway).
