D. L. Snodgrass, Trustee of the Estate in Bankruptcy of II. A. Robertson, instituted this suit in trespass to try title against said *536H. A. Robertson and wife, Lillie Robertson, and his brother, R. C. Robertson, to recover a ⅛ interest in 532 acres of land described in plaintiff’s petition. The defendants answered by general demurrer and plea of not guilty and alleged that a certain deed of trust in question was executed more than four months before the bankruptcy of H. A. Robertson.
