Robert Andrew Harris was convicted in a bench trial of attempted robbery, in violation of Code § 18.2-58 and Code § 18.2-26, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, in violation of Code § 18.2-53.1, discharging a firearm in a public place, in violation of Code § 18.2-280, and possession of a firearm by a juvenile, in violation of Code § 18.2-308.7.
