This case presents another occasion on which we must determine whether a particular set of facts constitutes abandonment by post-conviction counsel. The Appellant, David A. Kreidler (“Movant”), pleaded guilty to first-degree assault and armed criminal action, for which he received concurrent, fifteen-year prison terms.
