[¶ 1] Daniel P. McIntyre appeals from a summary judgment entered in the Superi- or Court (Cumberland County, Crowley, J.) in favor of Deirdre Nice on his claim for money lent. McIntyre argues, inter alia, that there is a genuine issue of material fact as to whether he lent the money to Deirdre or to Nice Food Corporation. We agree and vacate the judgment.
