This maritime action stems from injuries sustained by Fred Freudensprung (“Freu-densprung”) while working as a barge leaderman on an offshore oil and gas project in Nigerian waters. Freudensprung appeals the district court’s orders staying litigation of his Jones Act and U.S. general maritime law claims pending arbitration and denying his alternative motions for entry of a separate judgment or clarification of the court’s orders.
