Defendants, Hinsdale Gynecology & Obstetrics, Ltd., Dr. George Bonertz and Dr. William Gordon, appeal from an order of the circuit court which, in winding up its affairs, distributed the assets of the dissolved corporation equally between the three shareholders, defendants Bonertz and Gordon, and the plaintiff, Dr. James Falcone. Defendants contend the circuit court erred in refusing to allow them to obtain contribution from plaintiff for payments made by Drs. Bonertz and Gordon on a promissory note.
