Fichtner brings this appeal from a take nothing judgment entered in his action based on the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA). 2 Further complaint is made of the trial court’s award of attorney’s fees to the defendant pursuant to section 17.50(c) of the Act. While Ficht-ner’s points of error are multifarious, he essentially asserts the following errors: 1) the trial court erred in finding that his action was groundless; 2) the trial court erred in submitting issues to the jury inquiring whether his action was brought in bad faith or for the purpose of harassment; 3)…
