OPINION OF THE COURT

JONES, Senior Judge:

The appellant was charged with buying stolen property, a stereo receiver, stealing the receiver and other stereo equipment, and housebreaking in violation of Articles 134, 121 and 130, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 934, 921 and 930. After appellant’s plea of guilty to buying stolen property was accepted, the military judge granted the prosecution’s motion to dismiss the larceny and housebreaking charges.
